Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, opened or used fragrance decants are not eligible for return unless the item:

• Arrived damaged

• Arrived defective

• Was not the item you ordered

Please contact us within the 14-day return period if there is an issue with your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and photos showing the issue when possible so we can review your request.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.

After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, as order processing may have already begun.

If you no longer want an order after the cancellation window has passed, you may request a return after receiving it, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.
